This is an Estate Tag Sale. All items sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS".
All bank cards, cash. All checks must be approved by the cashier at time of registeration and with proper ID. Must be drawn on a Virginia bank. We will collect sales tax. If you are a dealer, it is your responsiblity to bring your exempt form with you.
Removal same day if possible. certainly by Sunday afternoon. We will make accommodation for larger pieces.
***** You need to bring your own help to load your larger purchases. also, bring the tools rope or whatever you may need to dismantle and take away a particular item. Bring your own packing. Please, be patient. we have a large-huge amount of items to sell and it will take time to process through it all. Yes, it's going to be hot also, so be prepared for this. Please do not block neighbors mailboxes or driveways. Neither the owner nor the sales company will be responsible for accidents. No dogs allowed inside of the house. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
