This is week one of a two-week sale, featuring a beautiful home packed FULL of quality antiques, collectibles, glassware, household items AND MUCH MORE!  TONS OF PHOTOS ALREADY ADDED - LIST WILL BE ADDED SOON. 

All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other announcements, whether written or verbal.  

TERMS:

* Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. 
* Sales tax is collected on all sales, unless you have a valid reseller's ID on file.
* All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
* $50 returned check fee.
* All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
* Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
