Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all items sold through this auction by Allamoda Vintage (we", "us", "our"). By placing a bid and completing a purchase, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Payment Policy, and any LiveAuctioneers rules.


1. Authenticity & Condition
All items are authenticated and guaranteed genuine. We do not consign items; everything in this auction is from our inventory, personally acquired.


Items are sold "as is," in the condition described in the lot listing. Please review photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before bidding.


2. Payment
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal (or any method supported via LiveAuctioneers).


The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable sales fees, taxes, and auction charges.


Online payments processing fees will be passed on to the winning bidder.


Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in your invoice. .


3. Cancellations & Cancellations Policy
All sales are final. We do not permit cancellations except in rare cases of documented error such as a listing mistake.


Bidders should ensure they can follow through before placing bids.


4. Shipping & Handling
All orders ship from Richmond, VA (U.S.).


Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (business days) will be shipped within 3 business days, barring any order verification or unforeseeable delays such as weather, illness, or carrier service disruptions.

International Shipping

~ Buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs, or other charges applied in the destination country.


5. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are guaranteed authentic, we do not accept returns for a refund.


We may offer an exchange for store credit if there is a legitimate quality or authenticity issue. Contact us promptly upon receipt if there is a problem.


All claims for damage, defects, or misrepresentation must be submitted in writing (with photos) within 7 business days following receipt.


In the rare change we do allow a return, items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping unless agreed otherwise.


Shipping costs for returns. if granted, are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or misrepresentation.


6. Risk
Risk of loss or damage to an item passes to buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. Please contact LiveAuctioneers to make a claim if your item arrived damaged.



7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, via binding arbitration or in courts located in Virginia.


8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any bid from a bidder we deem suspicious or who has failed to comply with policies.


We also reserve the right to limit quantities, correct listing errors, and withdraw items before auction close if necessary, with notice and refund of any payment made.


9. Amendments
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your bid or purchase will apply.


Any policy changes will also be posted prominently in our listing pages.
