Auction ending will proceed as a "soft close". 4 items will close every minute beginning at 6:00pm EDT. If a bid is made on an item in the last minute of closing, time will extend on that item by 1 minute, allowing for the other bidder to respond. If no further bids are made in that 1 minute, the item will close.

All items must be picked up by 12:00pm on Saturday, April 25th. Any items not picked up by this time may be deemed abandoned and nonrefundable.
Please be sure to bring enough man-power to safely remove and load any large items or furniture as our staff may be unable to assist.
Payment

All sales are final. Every item in our auction is considered pre-owned and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
A $1.00 hold will be charged at the time of registration and released back to the buyer once the card has been verified.
A 15% internet buyer’s premium is in effect for all bids.
If you are a dealer and have not submitted a Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form ST-10), you will be charged the current Virginia sales tax. A copy of the form can be found here: https://www.tax.virginia.gov/sites/default/files/taxforms/exemption-certificates/any/st-10-any.pdf. Please email completed forms to contact@goodmansantiques.com before the auction close.
Invoices will be emailed and automatically charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the auction close.

This incredible estate includes a huge collection of Urbanna Oyster Festival Signed art, handmade pottery, hand crafted furniture, estate jewelry, quilts & quilting supplies, handmade rugs, sterling silver, vintage tableware, primitive crocks, vintage oyster cans, oyster plates, Christmas decorations, crystal, fine china & tableware, major appliances, books, and so much more!

Bidding opens Friday April 10th at 6:00pm EDT and will start closing Sunday, April 19th at 6:00pm EDT at a rate of 4 items per minute.
