Moving/Downsizing Sale

We are retiring/downsizing and moving out of the state. Here is what we have for sale:

• Armoire - Custom natural cherry wall unit purchased from Hardwood Artisans in 2019 for $2,800 (we have the receipt). The armoire is in like-new condition. Armoire is 36"W x 22"D x 87"H. It comes apart in two pieces to make for easier moving/transport.
• Blue Leather Sofa (made by El Ran; Series 6000) comes in 4 pieces that attach. All 4 pieces have power recline, power adjustable lumbar and power adjustable head support. Purchased in 2021 from Hamilton's Sofa & Leather Gallery for $6,500 (we have the receipt). The sofa is in like-new condition. 143” long.
• Matrix Recumbent Cycle R50/XIR. Purchased the end of 2018. Rarely used - in excellent condition. We have all manuals.
• Precor Elliptical 5.17I EFX. Purchased in 2007. Still works like a charm.
• Arhaus corner teak cabinet that is 29”W x 23”D x 75”H. Cabinet has 5 shelves (4  are visible through the glass).
