Terms: Cash and checks with proper ID. We can accept credit cards but a 3% convenience fee will be applied to the total. If you are a reseller, please have reseller number. 6% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if you are not tax exempt.

Please bring help to move furniture, we are not staffed to move large items. We can provide numbers for local moving assistance. Furniture must be removed by Tuesday, 2PM unless other arrangements have been made. .

Beautiful three bed, 3.5 bath condo in prestigious location.  Home and 2 car garage full!  

Parking very limited, we encourage signing up for Thursday (7/31) or Friday (8/1) appointment before the public sale. Saturday and Sunday parking available at Mill Dam Dental Center-just a short walk to the home.

 

Sunday will be split into two sessions!

10AM to 3:30 PM- Sunday discounts will apply.

4PM to 6PM- Monday discounts will apply (most items 50% off)

Monday- items 50% off, will entertain offers on large items!  All must go!
