Pickup
PICKUP on FRIDAY, JUNE 20TH, 4pm -6pm.. Please watch an email from SHIPPING SAINT to confirm appointment pick-up or shipping needs. Items located at a townhouse with very limited space, located behind another townhouse. Access requires going around the back. Arrive on time — no early or late pickups. Space to move items in and out is limited due to the small walkway. BRING HELP WITH HEAVY ITEMS. We cannot assist with loading.

The pick-up for this auction will be on Friday, June 20th, 4-6pm, Virginia Beach, VA 23455.
The full address for pick-up will be on winning bidders' invoices. A sign-up link will be sent via Shipping Saint. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you have made arrangements with us to have your item(s) shipped.
Should you win a large item and not claim it on pick up day, you will forfeit the item and subject to a $100 removal charge, and you may be banned from future auctions at our teams' discretion.
Note on jewelry: Any jewelry items have *not* been appraised by a professional jeweler unless otherwise specified. Please make your own judgments by reviewing the photos. These items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no refunds or returns. Reminder: ALL questions about items including flaws, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.
SHIPPING:
Once a lot is won, Shipping Saint will text and email the winner to confirm if the item will be shipped or picked up by the bidder. Look for this email. Smaller items can be accommodated by Shipping Saint.
Winning bidder MUST make their own shipping arrangements on large items through their own carrier/moving company of their choice and at their own expense. Our team will accommodate the winner to meet the shipping company. to include pickup of the item(s) during our scheduled pickup hours. Please select “Pickup” as opposed to “Shipping” as your delivery method.
All items must be picked up upon completion of the estate sale, or items will be forfeited with no reimbursement, subject to a $100 removal charge and you may be banned from future auctions at our teams' discretion.
Make It Returnable and Delivery Guarantee: Third Party Vendor, SEEL, provides MAKE IT RETURNABLE (Return Assurance) and GUARANTEED DELIVERY (Shipping Protection) services for eligible lots on CTBids. These services can be purchased by you during the bidding process or with your CTBids Premier Membership subscription. This purchase constitutes a direct service agreement between you and SEEL and not with any CTBids or Caring Transitions franchise. Maintenance of Payment Information — In order to place a bid, you must have valid payment information stored in your profile. By providing your credit/debit card information to Caring Transitions, you irrevocably authorize Caring Transitions to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the purchase of the item, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. FRAUD (credit card, mail fraud or any other type) will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Payment receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and your payment has been processed. In the event your payment cannot be fully processed, full payment must be received within 24 hours or your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be revoked. The full address for pick-up will be on the winning bidders’ invoices. If you do not receive a copy of your invoice via email, please log into your account on CTBids and visit Invoices/Receipts.
All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto-charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. The remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller.

In the event of a payment failure or if an add-on invoice is needed, our team will reach out to you. After we contact you, you must respond for clarification within 12 hours or Caring Transitions reserves the right to consider your bid retracted and may move to the next buyer.
Purchases over $5,000 will be auto-charged 10% of the total invoice. To provide the remaining balance, a certified check is required at pick-up or must be received prior to shipment of the item. If value is over $900 for all lots, you will be required to provide a valid ID and take a photo with the lot(s) to prove pick-up.
