Sandbridge Waterfront Estate Sale

This three-day waterfront estate sale will be held Thursday, May 28 through Saturday, May 30, beginning at 9:00 AM each day.

A public preview will be available on Wednesday, May 27, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

There will be NO presales, holds, previews purchases, or early transactions. This sale will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Buyers who wish to have the first opportunity to purchase items MUST be physically present and in line.

We accept cash and credit cards only. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee, which is charged by the processing bank. Cash is encouraged when possible. Buyers requesting a sales tax exemption MUST provide a completed copy of their ST-10 (Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption) PRIOR to making any purchases. Certificates may be emailed in advance to normseverance@gmail.com. Sales tax exemptions CANNOT be applied without a valid certificate on file before purchase.

ALL items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase and confirming condition, completeness, and suitability before payment.

Buyers are responsible for the removal, lifting, loading, and transportation of all purchased items. Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for furniture, appliances, and other large or heavy items. Delivery may be available by prior arrangement for an appropriate additional fee.

Salvage Estates Services associates are not responsible for loading vehicles, securing items, or any damage to purchased goods during removal or transport. Any assistance provided by staff is strictly a courtesy and is accepted entirely at the buyer’s risk.

Shipping may be considered for select items at the buyer’s expense. However, buyers attending the sale in person will receive first opportunity to purchase. Salvage Estates Services cannot guarantee the availability of any item for remote or non-present buyers.

Salvage Estates Services, its associates, and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage while on the property. By entering the premises, buyers agree to do so at their own risk and to use caution while attending the sale.
