We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.
We will pass out numbers beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday 12/05/2025. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.
Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.
Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items, except the piano, must be removed no later than Monday, 12/8/2025. Any items not picked up by 12/08/2025 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.
Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
