We do not move furniture - please bring helpers when purchasing large items.
**BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES**
We have a very limited supply of packing supplies we are happy to share with you, but please bring your own boxes and packing material.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
No refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. Inspect your items before you buy. Everything is sold AS IS.
**PAYING**
For this sale only, there is NO Internet Service or Cell Service.
We can only accept CASH or CHECKS with a proper ID.
The nearest ATM is at the Atlantic Union Bank on Route 211/522 in Washington, VA.
**PARKING**
There is ample parking along the driveway. Please park nose-in. The driveway turn-around is for temporary use only: for picking up large items and multiple purchases. Please do not park in the turn-around.
