BUYER PREMIUM AND LOCAL SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL SALES.
BUYER PREMIUM IS 10% . IF PAYING WITH A CARD THERE IS A 3% SURCHARGE. LOCAL SALES TAX IS APPLIED TO ALL SALES UNLESS YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL VALID COPY OF YOUR RESALE PERMIT.
ALL INVOICES ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION EACH DAY. INVOICES MAY BE PAID AT ANY TIME AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL BID BUT MUST BE PAID AT THE END OF THE AUCTION EACH DAY, EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO COME THE SECOND DAY.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Johnny's Estate Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Buyer agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Buyer will be responsible to move all items purchased.
