Do not wonder the property – it is monitored by the seller & alarm company – there are motion alarms when we are gone. Alarms will sound - so please do not trigger anything - just place your name on the sign up sheet and head back to your vehicle - do not drive up the driveway. Thank you!

�� Payment Information

Accepted: Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Cards (that tap)

All Sales Final: Select carefully, no returns or refunds.
Holds: We do not offer holds for longer than 20 minutes while you shop or until the hold area is full. We recommend you purchase your items as soon as possible – not only to make sure you get them, but we can’t guarantee the items in hold will not be removed & purchased by another buyer when we are busy.
�� Entry & Exit Policies

Entry and exit through a single location (off the hill driveway).
A Sign up sheet will be placed outside Friday 6/27 at noon - before our sale day Saturday. Sunday's sign up sheet will be outside Saturday.
A maximum of 21 buyers allowed inside at one time (or as able) – staff determined, please be patient with us as we do our best to manage this home and sale.
Once you leave the sale, you must rejoin the line if there is a queue - even if you leave a partner inside.
Staff may assist with alternate exits for large item pickups (e.g., upstairs furniture).
Security personnel will check receipts at the door. They may also check your bags upon exit.
�� Restrictions & Rules

No personal bags, boxes, large handbags, or tape allowed inside. Please place your name on your personal bag if you leave it.
If you bring a bag or box or try to fill your own bag, you will be asked to leave it in your car & rejoin the queue.
Use only our provided blue baskets (like grocery baskets) to collect items.
Do not "hold" items in your basket unless you intend to purchase them.
Items can be placed in a limited hold area, but staff may ask you to pay and move items to your vehicle if space is needed. We have increased the size of the hold area from our last sale!
�� Jewelry & High-Value Items

Jewelry will be bagged by staff as you select. Once bagged, it's considered purchased, not just on hold for you to decide upon later.
Staff will hold your jewelry behind the counter with your name until checkout.
You may not carry jewelry around the sale.
�� Purchases & Pickups

No early sales or holds – if it’s in the photo, it will be at the sale.
No pre-sale pricing inquiries – prices will be available at the sale only.
If purchasing large items, bring your own help to move or disassemble them. All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale Sunday by 3pm. If not removed it will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.
Staff cannot assist with moving, wrapping, or disassembly.
Some wrap and limited boxes will be available at the security tent.
�� Parking & Property Rules

No parking in the driveway – it’s somewhat steep; be prepared to walk – load and unload only as directed by staff.
Be respectful of neighboring driveways and cul-de-sac residents.

Space inside the house is very limited and tightly packed – please be patient with us, we will certainly do our best to make it a fun and exciting treasure hunt for you!

Blue tape – we tested the lightly applied ‘blue tape’ to ensure it does not harm or alter the packaging or items it is placed upon.
