This sale has the basics but also some really unique items including a vintage reel-to-reel tape recorder, vintage projector, vintage wooden water skis, and a convertible side-to-dining table for when the relatives come over.

Not to be missed is the like-new LG refrigerator. Super clean and modern.

There is a high end Sebo vacuum, a nice Trek bicycle, a patio set in really good shape, a variety of kitchen appliances and kitchen ware, heaters, and lots of decor. Including Christmas and other holiday items.

There is a beautiful cherry wood executive desk with finished back side to grace your office in style.

In the garage, there are good tool chests, a large socket set, ladders, power tools, gardening items, and the usual variety of items.

There are stairs to enter the house, and most of the items are on the upper level.

Enter Sudden Valley at Gate 2 near Lake Louise and the golf course.

Parking is limited near the house, but plentiful down Barn View Dr at the community center. Consider dropping off passengers and then parking.
