This is a soft close auction with the first lot starting to close at 6:30pm. If an item is bid on it will extend the closing time by 2 minutes so you can bid again.

Unpaid invoices will be reported to HiBid. We accept all major credit cards. Bulk and miscellaneous cards are not eligible for refunds as they are packaged in bulk and not reviewed. Knife descriptions are based on the handle, check photos carefully, we do not inspect each blade. All items are sold as is. If it is says tested than we have tested it. We have done our due diligence to describe and explain jewelry and are pieces to the best of our knowledge. NO refunds or returns.

Buyer responsible for all shipping costs, filing claims for refunds for any broken, damaged or lost items.
Buyer responsible for trailer, hauling and moving all items from premise during published pick-up times unless other arrangements are made. We will not hold items that are not paid for.
Winning bidders waive the right to dispute or deny payment on any purchase made with a credit card. Online Bids: Online bidders will not have any claim against Island Auction LLC for any error having occurred on the bidding platform. We reserve the right to cancel any bids received. Shipping and Handling: Island Auction LLC uses USPS priority mail flat rate shipping when available. There is a $3 handling fee per lot, maximum $21 per bidder. Winning lots may be combined for shipping. Record boxes, hard to ship packages will be charged accordingly.
Items must be paid for no later than the Sunday following the auction.
