Large items like furniture and storage furniture used to display items will be available for pickup AFTER close of sale on Sunday from 6pm to 8pm or making arrangements with us for a time to pick up Monday through Wednesday. Description & Details

This huge, old, 1910 Ballard home has been lovingly lived in for half a century. It’s time to sell, and the house needs to be emptied so almost every single item is for sale. Tons of Decorations for Christmas, Thanksgiving/fall, even Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and the Fourth of July. He was a woodworker and handyman, so there are lots of bits and pieces and tools. He also has a man cave with lots of Seahawks and Mariners paraphernalia. She was very much into crafts - sewing, painting and COLORED GLASS like you would not believe. They were both gardeners so there are some gardening items as well. For the yard, there is a large pergola, also  some patio chairs and other yard furniture. What estate would be a sale without the medical equipment. Lots of that available, including a portable powered “Encarefor ultra light wheelchair”  that is not very old and only lightly used.
