A sign-up sheet will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale at the location. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. Cash and Venmo accepted. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.  Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made.
