No early entry and no customer lists. Please self-monitor.

Please NO large bags or purses allowed. We will gladly provide box trays and/or small boxes, bags for your use.

Neither we nor the Estate are responsible for any accidents or personal injury on the property.

House is alarmed; please do not walk around property.

Please bring help for large or heavy items. A furniture dolly and hand-truck will be available for your use. We are flexible and arrangements (with deposit) can be made to pick up large items / furniture by Sunday, March 23rd.

We accept CASH ONLY for purchases up to $600; VENMO/ZELLE will be available for purchases over $600. (No sales tax collected.)
