Please note I have combined the storage unit with pick up in Greenbank on August 15th and 16th with a small Coupeville Estate with larger items being picked up in Coupeville on August 14th and 17th. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Once you bid on an item you cannot retract the bid.

If you are buying a lot with multiple items you must pick up all items.

You must bring help to move and load large and heavy items.

If you have a reseller permit you will need to pay tax and deduct it from your taxes.
