Gorgeous Downsizing Sale in Kelso (Kalama)!

We've got another "pop up" sale in Kelso! Well, it's more like Kalama.... but whichever! It's a beautiful home, amazing views and it's a nice day for a drive.

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a list outside the home at 9am on Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name. Please print clearly - ONE name per number. We will line folks up at 9:50am. House is quite large and everyone should get in just fine.

Home is in a gated community. Gate will be open for duration of sale. DO NOT block ANY neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Leave 2/3 of parking open for employees and loading.

What's inside? There are two floors in this home.

UPSTAIRS:

LIVING ROOM:

Once you get past the incredible view - you'll find some really beautiful, really well cared for items! In the entry is a gorgeous black sofa/entry table. On it are pieces of pottery, plants, baskets, a lamp and other knick knacks. As you enter the room you'll find a very nice wood trim neutral tone sofa, a pair of dark wood newer end tables, penguin figurines, more plants, a wall of Snowbabies, matching coffee and sofa tables with ball and claw feet, more decor - including a pair of Tiffany crystal candle holders, cat figurines, Jim Shore dachshund, Stressless style chair with ottoman and table, floor lamp with table, HUGE neutral tone rug and other little surprises.

DINING ROOM:

Very sweet round dining table with 4 pretty upholstered chairs, silver rimmed white china, silver plate, white and crystal accent pieces, large rug, small ottoman, metal wall art...

KITCHEN:

Wonderful cream colored upholstered chair, Tiffany style lamp, storage table, Keurig (a fancy one!), lots of coffee cups, Corning Ware, cast iron, nicer pots and pans, small appliances, bake and serving ware, Scentsy wax, practical and decorative items.

DECK:

Once you stop and pick up your jaw from the view - you'll find outdoor wicker furniture - sofa, fire table, two chairs with ottomans (sold separately), lots of plants/pots, 7 piece outdoor dining set with umbrella, 3 pc. bistro height table and chairs and another 3 pc. (regular height) outdoor set.

OFFICE:

L shaped lighter wood desk, office supplies, tv, artwork, Bissell pet hair vac...

SECOND OFFICE:

Really nice classic medium tone wood desk, Sony subwoofer and soundbar, small storage table, printer, modern/petite newer light wood L shaped desk, monitor, phone,  desk fan, lamps, shredder, office chair and a few more office supplies.

DOWNSTAIRS:

FAMILY ROOM:

Pair of black leather electric recliners, wall mounted tv, (free) cat tree, super cute dining table and 4 chairs, vintage German shrunk with bubble glass, black and cream upholstered chair, small drop leaf table, lamps and some decor.

BEDROOM ONE:

Gorgeous (and like new!) Ashley Furniture bedroom set. All pieces are sold individually and include bedframe (f/q) with nearly new pillow top mattress, 7 drawer dresser with mirror, 4 drawer highboy dresser and nightstand with drawers. In this room you'll also find linens, some women's clothing (14-18,  baskets of scarves/winter gloves/hats/purses, some decor and lamps.

BEDROOM TWO:

Another absolutely beautiful f/q bed and frame. This one is a creamy white and has storage underneath! Also has a barely used mattress. Smaller dresser with wall mirror, linens, closet of men's and some women's clothing and shoes. Accent tables and some decor/art.

Another bathroom downstairs with towels, perfumes and other little treasures. In the hallway to the bedrooms there is an oak bookcase with lots more linens.

STORAGE ROOM:

Metal industrial racks (nice ones) filled with useful and fun stuff.  Steamer, hand held shampooer, pet supplies, camping gear, light fixtures, hand painted sinks - so cute for a kids bathroom- and one of a kind! Lateral metal filing cabinet, small unfinished table with drawers, some household chemicals, Really cool metal and wood hall coat and shoe rack, outdoor and indoor folding chairs, card tables, Nordic Trac and more.

THEATER:

Framed movie posters! Gremlins, Star Wars, Goonies and more! Lots of cds and dvds, color changing led lit cabinet, standing popcorn maker, movie room decor, faux leather storage ottoman, black leather reclining sofa with light up drink holders, games, lots of barware, milk shake mixer, blender.

Off this room is a large closet - it has a mini fridge, more pet supplies, canister vac and standing vac, candles, some party supplies, vases, stuffies and misc.

CHRISTMAS ROOM:

Long 6 drawer IKEA black dresser, Christmas decor, penguins, linens, really cute small upholstered chair, dishes and fun Holiday items.

OUTSIDE FROM DOWNSTAIRS:

Troy Bilt lawnmower and another patio set - white metal with black tiles - 4 chairs, table and umbrella. 2 Adirondack chairs...

GARAGE:

It's actually through the kitchen on the main floor.... as you head there you'll pass through the laundry room with lots of cleaning supplies and a Eufy robot vacuum.

In the garage there are even more household and garden supplies, tools, camping gear - including a vintage Coleman cooler and lantern, like new winter tires - 2 sets of 2, stainless refrigerator, power tools, ladders, work lights and tables, HUGE wooden storage rack - on wheels - perfect for all of your scrap wood, plywood, garden tools... lots in the garage.

Why this certainly isn't our biggest sale of the year - it's definitely a sale worth checking out. It's a beautiful drive - the weather is supposed to cooperate and we've got beautiful things at great prices. Come say hi!
