Good things come in small packages.  This petite house (with a magnificent view of the mountains!) is easy to love when you step through the door.  The owner used to have an art gallery and her discernment shows.  The modern furniture is immaculate.  Gray leather couch with push button reclining, and a spotless white cushy couch.  The adjustable Aireloom queen size bed with all the nice touches and the Tempur-Pedic mattress are only 2 years old.  There's an oversized leather chair in excellent condition.  The sturdy TV console is made from reclaimed barn planks with a nice patina.  The coffee table is a unique vintage mcm-style beauty with a spinning shelf!

We have a few musical instruments such as a Gibson Epiphone guitar and a large rain stick.

Do you like Rie Muñoz?  We have more than a dozen signed and numbered prints and two serigraphs, some are framed. A signed Peter Max poster too!  Many other pieces of art, sculpture and decor to choose from.

There is a sprinkling of antique or vintage furniture and collectibles.

There is nice home office equipment too.  A motorized stand-up desk for precise height adjustment with four memory positions.  She had a removable birch desktop made for it to bring it from 42" x 24" to 60" x 30" when you want it that big.  There is a Knoll regenerative task chair to keep you comfortable when you do sit!  Cushion Lab and Purple cushions for further support.  There are two Dell monitors and an ergonomic keyboard (plus another one new in box) to connect your computer to.  Brother printer and the usual office supplies.

In the back room we have a collection of wool yarn for all you knitters out there!
