Ginny's Girls will release the address 1 hour prior to start of the sale time.
A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted. Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final. Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.
