To help keep things fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review the following before you shop:
First come, first served — please form an orderly line before entry.
Entry may be limited to maintain safety and space inside the home.
Local sales tax applies to all purchases.
Payment: Cash or credit card only. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.
All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
No early sales or holds before the sale begins.
No large purses, tote bags, or backpacks inside, please.
Bring your own loading help and equipment — we are unable to assist with loading or lifting heavy items.
Large furniture items may not be removed until the final day of the sale (depending on location and access).
Resellers: Please bring a paper copy of your valid reseller permit.
Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other shoppers.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No pets inside the home (service animals welcome).
Parking: Please park respectfully — do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Security: For everyone’s safety, the premises may be monitored and staff may inspect bags upon exit.
