By registering to bid and/or placing a bid in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by All Things Estate Sales LLC.
1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Item Descriptions & Condition
We strive to accurately describe and photograph all items; however, descriptions, dimensions, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. It is the bidder?s responsibility to review all photos and ask questions prior to bidding.
3. Buyer?s Premium
A Buyer?s Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item and is payable by the winning bidder.
Example: If the winning bid is $100 and the buyer?s premium is 15%, the total before taxes/shipping would be $115.
4. Shipping & Handling
Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping may be arranged through:
Live Shipping provided by Live Auctioneers
In-house shipping (if offered), or
Third-party shipping providers.
Items will not ship until full payment has been received and cleared.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment only during designated pickup times. Buyers who fail to pick up within the designated timeframe may incur storage or disposal fees.
6. Non-Payment / Chargebacks
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension from future auctions, and reporting to Live Auctioneers. Chargebacks are prohibited and will be contested.
7. Bid Retraction / Technical Issues
Bids may not be retracted once placed. We are not responsible for missed bids, delayed bids, or system failures due to internet or platform issues.
8. Reserve Rights
The auctioneer/seller reserves the right to:
Withdraw items from the auction.
Reject bids.
Resolve bidding disputes.
Reopen bidding in the event of a dispute or technical issue.
9. Abandoned Items
Items not picked up or shipping arrangements not made within 10 days may be considered abandoned and resold or disposed of without refund.
