A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted. Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final. Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

Join us in North Seattle for a vibrant estate sale filled with personality, craftsmanship, and one-of-a-kind finds. This home blends the warmth of folk art with the elegance of classic and modern design, offering something for every taste.
Discover a wide selection of South American–style folk art décor, from hand-painted pottery to colorful textiles, bamboo baskets and signed artisan pieces. Decor highlights include a signed red blown glass vase, a red Glassybaby votive holder, framed island prints by Nena Sanchez and a lithograph by David Ordonez.
The furniture spans Victorian, Classic and Modern, with standout pieces including a late 19th century Krüger Berlin walnut armoire, a Victorian Renaissance Revival walnut burl cabinet, a Jacobean revival display cabinet, a mid-century oak highboy dresser and an Art Deco waterfall desk. Accent pieces include marble-top side cabinets, a Tiffany-style stained glass lamp, French Provincial dressers and more.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything from vintage Pyrex, Tupperware, and Shawnee Pottery Corn King to Corning Ware, Holland cast iron, Fiesta Ware and Rosenthal Netter. Fine dining enthusiasts will love the Royal Sphinx Maastricht hand-painted dinnerware, lusterware teapots, Japanese moriage, carnival glass, and flatware sets.
Collectors will also find eclectic gems like an antique maritime ship light, Hopalong Cassidy waste basket, vintage Coleman coolers, antique straight razors, vinyl records and a 1910 Singer hand-crank sewing machine.
