Please carefully read sale description details for shopping and purchasing pertinent to this sale. Cash only unless otherwise listed in Sale Description information.
Security will be onsite - valuables will be locked up and available on a one on one basis for viewing when applicable.
We ask that you bring packing materials and boxes for fragile items as unfortunately we usually have nothing onsite. If we do, we will of course offer it to you to use. We ask you to pack/wrap items so you are comfortable with the packing.
We sell all items "as is"; no returns or warranty. We take online signups for entry the first day of our sales to keep disruptions to the neighbors at a minimum. EMAIL DIRECTLY TO ROOMTOMOVE@COMCAST.NET AT 4PM SHARP FOR YOUR ENTRY NUMBER THURSDAY NIGHT BEFORE A FRIDAY OPENING - THERE IS A DELAY IF YOU EMAIL THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
We stop responding to emails at 7:00 am when we leave for the sale site on sale days. If you need to reach us during sale hours please call one of the numbers listed for an entry number or to answer other questions.
We are not online during the sale hours. If you have questions during sale hours please call on of the numbers listed with our account.
We answer pricing questions as best we can beginning the Wednesday prior to the sale's first day. Please wait to email those questions then.
We generally offer discounts of 25% on furniture and rugs beginning at 9:00 am on the last day of the sale and go to half off at noon. We will always update in the ad if there are changes. We take offers on items and will contact a highest offer customer before we discount to half off.
We endeavor to the best of our ability to post accurate photos. We do, however, allow family members to change their minds so there may be times when we will have to pull a photo. Again we will call attention to that in our ad or when we open on the first day.

We recommend customers get on our email list as we often hold private sales in gated communities. Email roomtomove@comcast.net to do so.

  • Online buying will open at 7 pm Wednesday, June 25th and end at 3 pm Thursday, June 26th. 
  • On Wednesday at the time stated above,  on your computer click on the photo of an item, a talk bubble should appear next to a heart icon.  Click on the talk bubble to request to purchase an item. 
  • Not everything will be available for pre-sale so please read the full description for each photo.  Items available for pre-sale will say so in the description. If not, then it is only available for in-person purchase and will also say so in the description of the photo.  Online purchases are final sale. 
  • We will be open on Friday, June 27th from 9:00 am to 2:00pm  and Saturday, June 28th from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM  for in person shopping and pick up of online purchases.
  • We will hold half-off on Saturday starting at 12:30 pm.  We will close the doors at 12:00 pm to regroup and prep for half off so we can get you back in on time and in an orderly fashion.   You will need a number to come in at 12:30 which you can get by signing up in person while shopping.  We do not take email requests for a number for half-off..
  • Payment is cash. No credit cards.  Inquire about Venmo or Zelle when buying online.  Pick up for online purchases will be during in-person shopping hours and days. Online purchases are final.
  • Online buyers are pre-assigned an entry number when they buy online. 

To attend the sale, please email Thursday, June 26th at 4pm.  We will reply with a number for entry at 9:00 am Friday morning when we open.   This is only to have an orderly line at 9, walkups welcome and added to our list.

Please be prepared to remove shoes if it is raining.
