Ginny's Girls will release the address 1 hour prior to start of the sale time.
A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted.  Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.  Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

Description & Details

This Seattle estate sale offers a premier selection of museum-quality prints and masterworks on paper. Art collectors will find a rare 1932 wood engraving by Georges Rouault, a Fritz Richter German Expressionist woodcu and a lithograph by Oskar Kokoschka. The collection is further enriched by a Giovanni Battista Piranesi etching, Utagawa Toyokuni style woodblock prints and a stunning abstract snowy landscape by Sōichirō Tomioka.

The furniture and global accents feature a sophisticated blend of European and Asian styles. Highlighted pieces include a Biedermeier-style walnut veneer secretary desk, a Japanese Tansu chest and a French Empire-style marble top bedside table. Decorators will also find Victorian parlor chairs, a pair of floral slipper chairs and exquisite items like a Japanese bronze tiger and a Chinese high-relief gold gilt plaque.

For bibliophiles and jewelry seekers, the sale includes significant literary finds, such as hardcover editions of Charles Dickens’ Barnaby Rudge and Martin Chuzzlewit.
