General Rules
• Enter at your own risk. The property may have tight spaces, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.

Purchases & Payments
• All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Items are sold as-is, with no guarantees or warranties.
• We accept Cash, card, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash app Zelle.
All electronic and card payments have a 10¢ transaction fee
• Prices are firm unless otherwise marked.

Handling Items
• Please handle all items with care.
• If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for purchasing it.

Large Items & Removal
• Bring your own help, tools, and transportation for large or heavy items.
• Staff may not be available to assist with moving or loading.
• All purchased items must be removed within the designated timeframe.

Holding Items
• No holds unless agreed upon by staff.
• Paid items must be picked up by the agreed time or may be forfeited.

Liability
• The estate sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

Security
• Bags, boxes, or personal items may be subject to inspection upon entry or exit.

Final Notes
• First come, first served.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior.

Property has full surveillance.
