We always do our best to show our items and give accurate descriptions of our items. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! Please look closely at items and read description before bidding. If you have any questions we are more than happy to answer them. We are not experts on everything but do our best to accurately list items. We do Not accept returns so ask the questions and look closely at the photos.

WINNING BIDDERS: IF YOU CANT MAKE THE PICK UP DATES YOU FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS!
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.
Pick up is at a store front location and all Items must be picked up on allotted days. Some allowances may be made for larger or multiple items but only with prior approval. Refusal to pick up your items will result in a forfeiture of said items.
I.D, is required for pick up and all shipping orders. Orders over $500 we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.

NEW BIDDERS: We will ship all items in this sale unless marked local pick up
Please go to the Auction ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. PICKUP: All items need to be picked up at location on your invoice.
Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. This auction has many items that will be shippable. They will be noted.
TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!)
