Fabulous Fairway Village - Estate Sale!

We are in Fabulous Fairway Village this weekend... with a glamorous little sale!

Just like everything in life - it's not all glitter and glitz... we've got all sorts of things for you to bring back home.

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a list placed outside the house at 9am on Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name - ONE NAME per # - PLEASE. We will line folks up at 9:45am - in order. We will let in as many as the house(s) will yield safely and comfortably. If it becomes too full, we will resort to one in, for every one out.

Do NOT block neighbors driveways! This is a tight community and we don't want to upset these wonderful folks. There is plenty of other parking on the street. Please be courteous.

Home DOES have an alarm system and it is set!

LIVING ROOM:

We have a PAIR of lovely gray sofas - the fabric is so soft - almost like flannel. So versatile! There is a really fun ball and claw foot round coffee table - white top, navy base. What a cool piece! 2 silver and glass 2 tiered end tables, lots of fun throw pillows,Tuscan scene tray, lamps, vases, crystal, floral, green glass martinis, super cute copper owl cups, Aynsley and other vintage sugar and creamer sets, vintage clear lucite with faux fruit jelly jar, beaded table runner with butterflies, Franz "Forever Wedding Butterfly" teapot and Franz "Blooming Bluebonnets" vase, onyx /wood/ brass mantle clock, classic books, large glass decanters/vases, lots of barware, art glass pumpkins, really cool wooden birdhouse, purple glass drinkware, 6pc. Lladro nativity, Rhythm C;ock "Peaceful Cosmos II" magic motion clock, various statues and misc. decor items. Cute petit point upholstered antique chair (has a little damage) Designer perfumes and a Fit Bit are also in the room!

DINING ROOM:

Ashley Furniture limewash oak look buffet! So pretty! Matching round dining room table with pedestal base - comes with 4 wonderfully upholstered chairs. There are also a pair of dining chairs with the same treatment with neutral upholstered seats. Glassware, art glass vases, hummingbird dishes, Gerber Folding Sportsman III presentation knife in box, faux greenery, pretty linens, Cutco steak knife set, pewter serving pieces, white serving pieces, cake plates, Gerber steak knife set in classic wooden box, chargers and pretty decor.

KITCHEN:

So colorful!! Lots of pretty and fun things in here. Dept. 56 Jam Bon figural pig soup tureen, fruit and veggie decor, orange Bauer mixing bowls and pitcher, KitchenAid microwave and other small appliances, nicer pots and pans, bake and cookware, crockpots, lots of nice/clean utensils, really nice Keurig, fun coffee mugs, Descoware covered dutch oven, set of 3 (all sold individually) absolutely marvelous gray and white barstools.

FAMILY ROOM:

TWO perfect white leather reclining sofas! These are so comfy and good looking!! Another pedestal base coffee table - white and navy. A pair of limewash dining chairs with neutral upholstery, cream swivel chair, beaded table runner, large coral and other shells, candles and holders, brand new Mah-Jongg set, tall wicker dresser - so cute for a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room... books and cute bookends, beachy decor, bronze seahorse and mermaid sculptures, framed art - including "North of the Landing" by Curtis Wilson Cost, another silver and glass two tiered end table, art glass fish, more framed art in the hallway - as well as a cute Kinkaid cuckoo clock that has never been used.

MASTER:

Nice queen size bed with upholstered frame, gorgeous bedding, baskets of accessories, upholstered storage bench full of some great hats, Samsung tv, Rack of beautiful clothing - as well as a walk-in AND another closet full - nicer brands - mostly size S/M. A pair of Bombay style 3 drawer dressers, crystal lamps, faux fig tree, leather gloves, LOTS of shoes - mostly size 5, purses - including a nice Hobo brand bag, another one of the limewash chairs that we saw in the dining room, French Country style dresser and matching end tables (tops need a little love), pretty decor and art.

Really sweet display cabinet in a washed oak tone. Gorgeous cabinet full of jewelry, shoes, accessories and fun things! Huge ornate mirror, party clothes and more.

Off the master is a bath - Keranique products, Bliss Skin, Meaningful Beauty, Crepe Erase, Beverly Hills MD and more beauty products. Towels, medical and other hygiene products as well.

UPSTAIRS:

LANDING:

This is our little office space. We've got shelves of books and movies, cd's, office supplies, MAC computer (won't turn on, but we have pw info), really nice desk with matching cabinet, matching office chair, fish lamp, sweet antique style side chair and more.

BEDROOM 1:

Matching antique look chair like was in the landing area. Real and working vintage standing hair dryer! Lots of pretty decor, limewash dresser from Ashley furniture- so nice!, matching nightstand, pair of full size beds with new mattresses and classic upholstered headboards, (I believe these were guest rooms and barely used), beautiful bedding on the beds, as well as stuffing the closets, baskets of yarn and knitting supplies. There is a deck off of this room with a pair of outdoor wicker chairs with blue pads, a pair of end tables that match and a matching lounge chair.

BEDROOM 2:

Yet another great bed with a fab headboard and beautiful bedding! Even MORE bedding in THIS closet, digital safe, heater, a FOURTH chair that matches the ones downstairs, painted white Duncan Phyfe style drum side table, teapot and tea cups, more fun and feminine decor and lamps. A pair of those really nice matching nightstands.

GARAGE:

Holiday heaven. So many Nativities! Holiday greenery, Village houses, wreaths and other decor. Lights, linens, dishes and more! Nice wicker tree collar, trees, Halloween...

Pet supplies, some household and yard maintenance supplies, 2 really nice wheelchairs, almost new Scooter, golf supplies, small hand tools, kitchen items, NIB items - lights/fan, ladder and step ladder, side by side white fridge/freezer, folding puzzle table and much more!!

OUTSIDE:

On the back patio there are two sets of black metal dining sets - perfect for our upcoming weather!! (Potted plants are NFS).

There is also a car!!

Not just any car - A 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. Oh... she's a beauty!! What a luxurious ride, too! (mileage and price available AT the sale). This car is amazing!!

This certainly won't be the chaos of our last sale, but it's got some really nice things at even nicer prices!!
