A Sale For Lovers of Life and MUSIC!

Boy, have we got a sale for you this weekend!

This one is a bit of a drive, but it is sooo worth it. It's about 4 miles from I5 in Woodland - and an absolutely gorgeous drive!!

BUSINESS FIRST:

There WILL be a sign up sheet. It will go outside the home at 9am Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name - one name per number.

Parking will get tricky. We cannot allow for parking in the circular driveway, unless you are working there, or loading out purchases... which means "street" parking will be necessary. These are narrow-ish gravel roads, so please stick to one side. If cars end up on both sides of the road - we will have issues.

Lastly, we do have someone staying at the home. He has nothing to do with the sale - just there to keep an eye on things. PLEASE do NOT bother them!

MAIN ROOM:

MUSIC HEAVEN. We've got guitars - Fender, Squier, cigarbox and more! Ukeleles, violins, Gorgeous accordian, Gibson steele, acoustic/electric, Yamaha and Kurzweil keyboards, Lowrey organ, several amps - including Fender Super Reverb, Fishman and several others, guitar stands/picks/accessories. Some video game items - Oculus and Switch accessories, tv, mics, music stands, Bushnell scope, Concord Stereophonic 444, more Sonos equipment. THE MUSIC! Records GALORE - fantastic collection. Classic rock, alternative, blues... Black Keys, Ryan Adams, Muddy Waters, Black Crows, Radiohead - SO MANY great records and sets! TWO Paramount box sets that are incredible. Knives, eyewear (including some Persol sunglasses in the case), more expensive pedal tuners, desk, desk chair, dual monitors with stand, music books, Portland Leather messenger bag, LOADS of music posters. Black Keys, Dead & Co, Pavement and many more. Incredible king size bed with fold out night stands and under bed drawers - this thing is gorgeous.

LIVING ROOM (upstairs):

This room is combined with the dining room... and we've got some gems.

Beautiful carved wood sofa/hall table, Native American pottery, signed/framed Ben Harper poster, Pendleton "Awakenings" blanket, arts and crafts style leather and oak rocking chair, original oil painting, very cool "McMenamins" style painted green standing Hamilton piano, reddish-brown surprisingly comfortable sofa and matching oversized chair, Neil Young framed poster, very large Flaming Lips signed and framed poster, rustic bench with carved fish design, Sonos subwoofer, large LG tv with Sonos sound bar, IKEA end table, Play Station VR, chess games, gorgeous (antique?) desk, Mah Jong set, large/modern dining table with 2 benches, 2 matching /rolling cream accent chairs, natural tone dish set, cute glassware, cast iron birds...

In the hallway there are more great framed concert posters - Ryan Adams, Dead & Co and more.

KITCHEN (also upstairs):

Lots of practical and cool items in here! A set of 3 cute and versatile barstools, beer growlers, steins, kitchen utensils, baking/cooking items, specialty items, Pfalzgraff, fine china, small appliances - toaster oven/Ninja/Cuisinart/blender and more. Lots of practical and fun things in this one!

MASTER BEDROOM (downstairs):

This is a really great room! So much to see. Modern roll top desk, more pottery, cowboy boots, wood and metal figures, onyx horse bookends, didgeridoo, cowboy hats (including Stetson with boxes), 2 more Pendleton blankets, beautiful dark wood king size bedframe with mattress - matching night stand available, linen bedding, pellet guns, modern style console table, mantle clock, natural tone decor, union suits, cowboy art, adjustable round dining table and two bar height chairs, framed Paul McCartney poster, John Craigie butterfly poster, large mirror with cutout design, landscape art, nice leather jacket.

Off the bedroom is the large walk-in closet - full of great clothes. Mostly large - from concert tshirts to suiting. Some seriously cool duds here! Shoes from runners to dress shoes. Luggage, belts and gloves, mascot hats and baseball caps and a Cabela's gun safe. (yes, we have the code). There is a small closet off the closet with linens and some Christmas items.

MUSIC ROOM:

Mics, pedal tuners, harmonicas, harmonica holder, IKEA cube shelves, turntables, tube amps, amps, steel drum, cords, some computer parts, printer, mixer/recorders, books, cd's... if you are a musician - you can't miss this.

GYM:

NordicTrac treadmill, free weights, weight bench, bar with disc weights, sports posters, more framed Dead & Co. posters, yoga ball...

KID ROOM: (the kids are alright):

This room is upstairs from the living room. There is a nice full size bed, white IKEA dresser, fancy ornate mirror, lamps, linens, wall shelves, huge pink bean bag, white corner desk, sea foam desk chair, games, art supplies, lamps, books, selfie light, puzzles, some toys, lighted stand up mirror (needs cord), newer Victrola compact stereo, stuffies, costumes and accessories, some clothing (teen sizes), IKEA 4 cube , rugs, daybed with storage and more.

IN OTHER ROOMS, ETC:

LOTS of camping and sporting gear. Tools, hand and power, binoculars, flashlights, home maintenance supplies, more speakers throughout, Hummel art, video game supplies (Wii), bathroom has toiletries, towels, scales (one is a Hume), white shelf, cleaning supplies and lots of misc.

OUTSIDE and UNDER CARPORT:

PLEASE NOTE - even though items are displayed outside, they must not be moved or marked sold UNTIL YOUR NAME HAS BEEN CALLED. PLEASE.

There are water skiis, outdoor chairs, fishing gear, gnomes, big ghost Halloween decoration, painting easel, strip LED lights, ladders, water float and board, push mower, yard tools, Razor mini bike, Schwinn bike, TWO John Deer riding lawn mowers (we know one works, because we used it!), Craftsman tiller, edger, chainsaw, more hand tools and power tools, Ryobi power washer, boat supplies, yard art, wheelbarrow, Glastro outboard motor boat.

Lots outside to see!

This is a really special sale. It is definitely worth the drive - especially if you are a musician!
