Cash and card only. A 3% convenience fee is charge to all card purchases. Square is our merchant service company and all cards are processed as credit.

All sales are final. We do not offer any warranties on any items. They are used. Please make sure they work to your satisfaction before you purchase them and take them off site. If you break it you buy it, please be careful when looking at items.

Bring help to load large items.
We will have bags/ baskets on site for you to use to gather your smaller items. We do not allow customers to bring in their own shopping. Please leave them in your vehicle.

Numbers will be given out 1 HOUR prior to doors opening . We do not honor a sign up list.

Please be considerate of the other when parking, and do not block others. Please do not park on the road as there is plenty of room on site for parking.

We are not responsible for accidents. Please watch your step this sale will have indoor and outdoor components and uneven surfaces.
