·       All Sales are final – it is your responsibility to ensure items are in good working order!

·       Driveway is for loading items purchased only

·       MUST Bring your own help to load any items purchased, along with tools and blankets

·       TLS is not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property

·        Any shopping bags brought in will be stored at check-out until you are checking out

·       Numbers will be handed out when we arrive, approx. ½ hour before the sale opens

·       Please don’t ask about individual prices as we are not on site and won’t be back until the day of the sale.
