Accepted Forms of Payment
Purchases under $1,500:
Credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, bank wire transfers, or cash
(A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies)
Purchases over $1,500:
Cashier’s checks (with bank letter of reference), bank wire transfers, or cash
An 18% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases.
After both scheduled pickup days have concluded, the card on file will be automatically charged for the remaining auction invoice balance.
SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES
All shipping for auctions conducted by Sell It Now Store is handled in-house using a professional shipping management system that integrates directly with our auction platform.
Shipping is a separate transaction from your auction purchase and is not included in your auction invoice total.
Please review the following information carefully prior to bidding.

Not all items are eligible for shipping
We do not ship via Media Mail
All shipped items are insured and tracked — no exceptions
Buyers are billed separately for packaging, shipping, insurance, and applicable labor
Prompt communication and payment are required to complete shipping
ITEMS THAT DO NOT SHIP
Some items are designated LOCAL PICKUP ONLY – DOES NOT SHIP. These items may be excluded from shipping due to size, weight, fragility, existing condition issues, quantity, or packing complexity.
Please review item descriptions carefully.
If an item is marked Local Pickup Only, it will not be shipped under any circumstances.
If you have questions regarding an item’s shipping eligibility, contact our office before bidding.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS
1. Auction Payment
After the auction closes, we wait to charge the card on file until after the second local pickup day.
Your card is charged for auction purchases only, including buyer’s premium and applicable taxes.
Shipping is not included in this charge.
2. Ship or Pick-Up Selection
Following invoicing, you will receive an email (and text, if a mobile number is on file) asking whether you would like to pick up your items locally or have them shipped.
Once shipping is selected, your items are placed into the shipping queue.
Shipping typically begins 2–3 days after all local pickup sessions are completed.
SHIPPING PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
Packing & Carrier Selection
Items are professionally packed by our in-house shipping team.
The most efficient and cost-effective carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination (USPS or UPS).
Address Verification & Payment
You will receive a notification to verify your shipping address and submit payment for shipping.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the approved shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an address approved by the buyer.
Shipping payment may be completed securely online via email/text or by calling our office.
Label Creation & Tracking
Once shipping payment is received, labels are generated and tracking information is sent via email/text.
USPS shipments typically go out the same day; UPS shipments are sent on scheduled pickup days.
Delivery Confirmation
A final notification is sent once the package is marked as delivered.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping charges include:
$3.00 handling fee
Packaging materials
Carrier shipping cost
Insurance
Additional labor charges may apply for:
Large orders
Fragile items
Complex or time-intensive packing
TIMELINES & EXPECTATIONS
Shipping processing begins after local pickup concludes
Most buyers are contacted within three (3) days of auction close
Typical delivery occurs 4–10 days after the auction, depending on processing order and carrier transit time
We ship a high volume of items per auction and appreciate prompt responses to ensure timely delivery for all buyers.
Failure to respond to shipping communications or submit payment within fourteen (14) days may result in forfeiture of items without refund.
INTERNATIONAL & SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
European customers may request items be held for a combined future shipment or delivered to the April 2026 Chicagoland Jukebox & Advertising Show. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements.

Sell It Now Store presents our March 2026 Mid Century Modern Stainless & Cast Iron Auction—an exceptional multi-estate offering showcasing Scandinavian and English Mid Century Modern stainless steel design alongside a substantial collection of antique and vintage cast-iron toys, mechanical banks, and early Americana.
This fresh-to-market sale features sought-after designers, including Jens Quistgaard for Dansk, Robert Welch for Old Hall, Folke Arström for Gense, Nils Nisbel for Gabis, Lundtofte, Selandia, and Stelton, with extensive grouped lots of Old Hall, Gense, and Gabis stainless tableware highlighting the depth and strength of the collection.
Collectors will also find early and reproduction cast iron mechanical banks, Hubley race cars, and examples by Kenton and A.C. Williams, alongside rare Gabis Swedish pitchers, Stelton Danish Modern barware, a 1930s Cast Iron Peacock Electric Lamp, Overland circus wagons, and vintage cameras by Canon, Polaroid, Ansco, Petri, and Yashica.
A strong grouping of new-in-box MTH Rail King and Lionel train sets offers exceptional appeal for serious model train collectors.
