You must TEXT or call us at (414) 412-1077.  ABSOLUTELY NO EMAIL APPOINTMENT REQUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED. 

If you are planning on attending the sale on Saturday or Sunday, great:):) You DONT need an appointment those days. The address will be posted by 6:00am on Saturday and a sign-up sheet will be available by 7:00am on Saturday. 
Absolutely no parking in front of a neighbors driveway. 
Please be cautious as this is a residential neighborhood and there are many children playing.
Absolutely no bags, jackets or large purses over a Fannie pack size allowed in.
Cameras in use. Smile for the camera:):)
No children allowed without strict supervision by a responsible adult. No children permitted at the appointment only sales.
There are stairs involved. Don’t go up them if you have trouble going down them!!!
We are not responsible for injuries.
You must provide help carrying items and moving furniture. NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED.
