Estate sale in a little over two weeks. Attached are some pictures of items that will be sold. This estate sale has very nice and well-maintained furniture, no pets. Mrs. Marshall kept a very clean and beautiful home. There are two living room sets, one set is Key City Sofa and Loveseat in mint green rose floral and two rose color Broyhill wing back chairs. The other living room set is a red and white checker sofa and a patchwork rocking chair with red and white checkers made by England, Inc, (Ashbury) and ascent pillows for chair and sofa, beautiful and comfortable set. Main floor bedroom suite is a beautiful Cherry Wood bedroom set made by Kincaid Carriage House 3 pc. set with a queen bed, dresser with mirror and chest all made as one unit and nightstand and a separate Queen Anne Highboy Dresser that matches the Cherry bedroom suite. Second bedroom suite upstairs has queen bed, large tallboy chest of drawers and dresser w/mirror and Third bedroom suite upstairs has chest of drawers and twin beds. There are several end tables, coffee tables and a sofa table. There is a Cherry Wood Convertible Chair to Step Stool Ladder and a Child's Brace-Back Windsor Rocking Chair. Hospital bed, wheelchair, bathroom shower stool, potty chair. Lots of novel twisted wooden sticks that Mr. Marshall made canes out of and some handcrafted wooden canes that he had finished. Outdoor wicker patio set. Large TV. A lot of books, Men's and Women's Clothes and shoes in 4 closets and Bathroom and Bed Linens in Linen closet. There is a huge set of Pfaltzgraff (Remembrance) that is complete with lots of extra pieces, you will not find a set this extensive and in such good shape for a discontinued pattern. There are several collectable Longaberger Baskets and some Longaberger Pottery. There is a complete set of Vintage Sango China Dinnerware set (Florence Pattern) from Montgomery Wards. There are some Antique Depression Glass and a very nice Pink Sharon Cabbage Rose Pitcher Federal Glass. Milk glass Hobnail Fenton Glass. A Butter Dish made by John Kemple made of Hobnail Milk glass made in Kenova, WV. A lot of kitchen appliances that have all been tested and work, Corelle Dish set and cups, Anchor Hocking glasses, silverware, utensils, some Corning ware. An upright working freezer. A corner China cabinet. Lots of Precious Moments Figurines. A lot of highly sought after toys, 1969 and 1970 "Barbies", "G I Joe", "Barbie" Case and clothes, 1970 "Barbie" Country Camper and 1972 "Big Jim" Sports Camper, 1969 "Crissy Doll" and her 10-year-old cousin a1970 "Velvet Doll", Erector Set, Car Racetrack, Toy guns with holster, toy army ship and airplane, vintage games, etc. Christmas Decorations.
