We will work through your home to efficiently organize and sort your items taking care to pull personal items that you can go through to decide whether you'd like to keep, discard or sell prior to the start of the sale. We ask that you don't throw anything away prior to us beginning the sorting process. Many of the simplest, most practical items of lesser value sell and volume adds up to a prosperous sale! Jewelry and collectibles, partial bottles of perfume to half-used cleaners and old towels...yes, it all sells!

Presentation is EVERYTHING! We price and arrange your home and the contents in a way that makes sense to the buyers. Priced items and an organized sale will be a more successful sale.
If we don't already know, we will do the research to find the answer(s), reach out to knowledgeable colleagues, as well as coordinate appraisals when necessary. We will do our best to get the most money for your family's treasures.
We take photographs, and post them prior to the Sale for customers to peruse. Signage is posted to direct customers.
On Sale Day we will have prepared the home for an outstanding shopping experience. Our Sales are clean, organized and staffed with a positive and friendly crew. We will work with you on deadlines regarding move-out dates. Additionally, if you have a HOA/Home Owner's Association, we will work closely with them to ensure all rules and/or regulations are obeyed.
You will decide if you would like to keep any remaining items, if they will be donated, or if everything will be cleaned out. It all belongs to you, so it's your choice.
After the Sale concludes, pay-out will be hand-delivered or mailed to the Seller via Priority Mail/Tracking within two to three days.
