We had a terrific experience during our estate sale by Ace of Estates.
Our items were expertly arranged for sale and presented professionally, using a bar code system to track each item that held any value.
We looked at their marketing plan online and a week before the sale they had uploaded 461 pictures of our items, we were happy to see such an effort put forth.
Damian, Paul and their team were absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. Great communications, we understood what was expected of us and what to expect from them. No surprises.

We interviewed several estate sale companies before we hired Ace of Estates, but honestly, from the moment we first met them we felt like we could trust them to liquidate what was in my parents' home. They showed respect for what our family owned and recognized the value within.

The proceeds from the sale were more than we expected - especially since the highly rated appraiser we met with right before we saw them turned up his nose at the house saying there wasn't enough there to make it worth his time. Ace of Estates more than doubled the proceeds that guy told us to expect.

We also appreciated that Ace of Estates inventories everything and sends a detailed report of what sold at what price and what didn't sell along with a donation value. They also arranged for someone to pick up the donations, which we needed because I live out of state.

When you're hiring an estate sale company, you're going through a fair amount of grief. These folks recognize that and show compassion. They do business transparently, they price their services fairly, and they follow through on what they promise.

This Letter of Recommendation is writtten with the knowledge that it would not adequately express my feelings for the service Ace of Estates did for me.

Reluctant to have an estate sale, my feeling began to fade at the first meeting I had with Paul and Damian DeGruccio, owner’s of Ace of Estates. From the beginning, they were very professional and by their actions and words, my reluctance about having an estate sale began to evaporate. They gave, what I thought was a comprehensive explanation of what would take place getting prepared, conduction and finally the disposal of items that did not sell.

Through every phase of the sale, as well as before and after the sale, I called Paul numerous times and not once did he not take my call of rush the conversation, but treated me as though I was the only person he had to deal with.

Yes, I would highly and without reservation recommend Ace of Estates to anyone that is faced with the prospect of having to dispose go their belongings through the estate sale process.

We started calling estate sale companies at the recommendation of our neighbor. It was a difficult time , as we were trying to prepare my mother’s home to sell, though undoing 50 years of clutter proved difficult for my siblings and I.

We had 3 estate sale companies come out to assess the house The first 2 were not interested in conducting an estate sale , the 2nd company recommended a donation service to pick everything up for free. Slightly embarrassed, were ready to cancel our appointment with Ace of Estates, though they insisted a 3rd set of eyes would not hurt.

When they arrived we immediately sensed a great deal more optimism, they spent a good amount of time searching “the clutter”. Their assessments was 180 deg opposite of the first two companies. They were eager to jump in and conduct an estate sale. They offered a reasonable rate with no upfront cost to us.

In two weeks they transformed our mother’s home from 50 years of clutter to realtor ready. Moreover, the proceeds from the sale were more then we could ever imagine, covering the cost of significant upgrades, which ultimately led to a successful sale of the house.. I am forever grateful that we had this company come in.. I highly recommend Ace of Estates to anyone in the position of selling a lifetime of belongings
