Are you ready for an Estate Sale?
We’ll help you curate an estate sale that shines! Let’s connect and create something extraordinary! We host a 3-day sale (Friday-Sunday) with a 3-4 week prep period ahead of time in most cases. It’s ok if there are empty areas in the home! We add in items from our consignors in order to fill out the home and attract the maximum amount of customers to the sale.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Home located in Tucson or Oro Valley
- HOA/Neighborhood approval to have a sale
- Clean, Vacant homes
- (no people or pets residing in the home)
- Ample street parking availability for customers

Most importantly, we’re parents to a spirited 4-year-old who reminds us daily of the importance of family. Our company proudly continues the legacy of Catherine Baron, who founded the original Catherine’s Estates & Appraisals over 20 years ago. While Catherine now focuses on providing personal property appraisals under her own business, she is on this new team as a Mentor, helping us as we complete our formal appraisal education through the American Society of Appraisers.
