Had this company do an Estate Sale for my husband and I... Couldn't t have been more please with the outcome. The revenue for the sale was more then we expected. If you hire this company you will not be sorry. Terri was extremely knowledgeable in pricing our items.We had allot of antiques & collectibles and wanted to get the best price for our stuff. Terri did just that. We were very happy with the outcome. We were present during the sale and got to see first hand how very hard Terri and her crew worked to maximize our proceeds. They left our property in better condition then they found it. Terri went over and beyond her contracted duty to make us happy. Hands down best Estate Sale company out there.. Honest,reliable,low percentage charged, we interviewed other companies in our area and some of them were charging 40-45% this company only charged 35% and did everything their contract said they would do. Left our property in better shape then they found it. Proceeds were higher then we thought we would get. Would totally recommend them... Thank you ladies for a job well done... P.S.
