Organizing - We go through every box and cupboard.
Staging - Shoppers prefer an organized experience. We will set up and stage items so they have the best chance to sell.
Photography - We use this for inventory purposes as well as advertising the sale, once the home has been staged.
Marketing - This is vital. It's what makes a sale. Even for the smaller sales, we're able to pull a huge crowd in. We use multiple platforms and our email list with thousands of loyal followers, to ensure a great turn out.
Research and Valuation - We want to make sure your collections have a fair market value for an in person estate sale. If we find items that will do better in a different atmosphere, we have options for that as well. We also keep an eye out for personal items or valuables that may have been missed. We make sure to document and provide to you.
