5 STARS !! My mother's husband had passed away the year before and she had reached the point that she was just not able to live in their home of 35 years by herself anymore. After finding a great assisted living facility for her, we needed to clear the house (and garage) and sell everything. The buyer wanted a short escrow and we had no idea even where to start with clearing the house let alone how to execute it. After talking to Dan and Suki, the level of comfort and confidence that we felt with their ability to help us made us just cancel the other estate seller interviews we had scheduled. Dan and Suki did a great job to squeeze us in to ensure that we had the house ready in time to meet the short escrow date. Dan, Suki, and crew did a fantastic job on the sale; the house and garage were totally empty when finished and everything was done on time. They made this all very, very, easy for us. BEST VALUE !! Sometimes when you have to plan an Estate Sale, it takes place at a most difficult time in one's life ... after a significant loss. That was my situation when I entered into an agreement with Dan and Suki to sell the contents of my parent's home of over 30 years in Bel Air, California. After interviewing and checking the references of several estate sale companies, looking for the right representatives, Dan and Suki came out way above the rest. And my circumstances were especially difficult as I live outside of California. I really, really, needed someone trustworthy and reliable. Not only were both Dan and Suki trustworthy, extremely professional at all times, and quite knowledgeable about the many items in my parent's home, they were also extremely compassionate, fun and friendly and caring towards me and my situation. When I needed time to decide what to do with certain pieces, they gave me the time I needed, never pressuring.
