Grasons Of Southeast Aurora, CO

We recently used Jeff and Lynette with Grasons of Southeast Aurora for an Estate Sale at our Parents place in Parker, CO. The property was nearly 4500 sqft on 10+ acres including barns and several out buildings. My parents had lived there for 50 years, and the home was filled with Antiques, wood working tools, trailers and family treasures.

From the first time that we met with Jeff and Lynette, we knew that they were the right people to partner with. They have a genuine compassion for what the process involves and the emotions involved. They explained the process and walked us through what to expect. They have a very extensive understanding of what things are worth and a very expansive group of experts in various fields.

Through the process, they were excellent at staying in constant communication and asking questions of sensitive matters. The level of care and personalized approach made a very difficult situation very, very easy. Jeff and Lynette viewed the property and process as if they were doing this for themselves. They met neighbors, shared stories and truly became friends throughout the process.

As we all know, the concept of an Estate Sale is a daunting and incredibly emotional process. If you're looking for someone to trust in the process, you need look no further than Grasons of Southeast Aurora. With Jeff and Lynette at the helm, you are in the best of hands.

We can simply not overstate how wonderful they were to work with and how completely pleased we were with the results.

Can't say enough good things about Grasons in SE Aurora! I've attended 4-5 of their sales and have been really impressed. The merchandise is all organized in a way that makes it easy to shop and the prices are fair. Like most estate sales, there is a deeper discount as the sale progresses. What really influenced me to write this review are the business owners. Jeff and Lynette (a husband/wife team) are such lovely humans! They want to make sure all of their customers have a good experience at their sales. They (and their team of employees) are always so good about carrying items to a hold table so you don't have to lug around a ton of items, helping to carry heavy furniture out to cars, helping to find an outlet to plug in an electronic, etc, etc. I just feel so well-cared for at their sales! I can't speak to the homeowners experience as I'm just a lowly shopper but I can only assume that they also have a good experience in the hands of Jeff and Lynette.Kelly HSeptember 2024

Jeff is one of the top estate managers in Colorado. Be it auctions or estate sales, he is the most honest in his accurate descriptions and clear photos. I have dealt with most auction houses from Cheyenne to Pueblo and have encountered some extremely shady characters.I am impressed with Jeff's knowledge, accurate descriptions, and pricing, and never worry about being deceived by hidden damage, misrepresentation of age or originality of items. Jeff and his entire staff are all excellent at estate sales. I'm handicapped so they took a video of the basement which resulted in me purchasing a cabinet. Prices are fair.
