**We are currently supporting over 20 Local Nonprofit Organizations and Foundations for all unsold or unwanted products. We have created this personal network to ensure that we have access to support our community as well as our clients. Our partnerships with each foundation will provide aide to thousands of people across the Denver metro area and surrounding cities. A list of partners is available to you, upon completion of contract. Clients are also welcome to suggest or request their favorite organizations to whom we will facilitate donations to. We proudly donate anywhere from 80-95% of leftover items. This means less than 10% of your personal property ever goes into the landfills. This is top-priority for us as we strive to offer the same respect to you and your possessions, as we would want for our family members.
** We are a commission paid only company. We do NOT have a minimum, reserve or guarantee for our services. Additional services, such as a Clear-Out, are provided using the proceeds from the sale. NO out of pocket costs are due you, during our contract.
**Extensive Marketing Services are provided using the most recent, up-to-date tactics. We have over 2,800 personal followers who receive an email blast each time we have a sale or auction. We not only use this website but also post locally on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and Craigslist and on our website.
We are fully insured, licensed and bonded.
Our “Core-Group” of team members includes 6 people. Each team member shares our vision as our family, which is to provide a healthy environment, provide the best possible care to our clients, and to provide loving homes for the merchandise we are rehoming.
This core group includes our experienced and dedicated Appraiser, who has a resume of nearly 40 years in the field of Reselling merchandise. His expertise and knowledge is a huge benefit to not only our staff, but each Client we work for. During the duration of our time spent with you, his advice and knowledge is available to you, upon asking. His application of appraisals are based off of the current markets, and are then tailored to support a realistic valuation for your possessions. His final decision will be made and submitted by him personally when necessary and their value reflects the DENVER fair market value, but also is weighed against all previous stated markets.
in addition to our core-group, we have 12 additional members who typically work with us during sale days. Having their presence helps to ensure that we are staffed well enough to provide great customer service to your shoppers, but also provide an extra layer of protection and security for all items being sold.
We tailor each Sale or Auction to support Your personal needs.

Highly qualified and skilled Realtors, Mortgage Brokers who are Registered Agents and licensed in Colorado. Legitimate Local Investors for your home including MLS competitive CASH payout. Additionally, we can provide a list of Emotional Support Services. This includes Grief Counseling, Housing Assistance and Family Counseling. All above agencies are provided upon contracted clients and are not personally affiliated with ATES. This resource list is based upon a desire to provide support to families who have questions regarding any or all.
