"These people are amazing!!! Both my in-laws passed away within a short time. They left behind a three bedroom house filled with stuff (almost hoarders). We live in Oklahoma and didn't know what to do. Lynn and Dennis assured us that they would take care of it. We left Wednesday morning with a small U-Haul. They were already there setting up for the sale which was scheduled for Friday and Saturday. We had a healthy check by the end of the next week. "During the period when my mom had to move in with my wife and me, I noticed an Estate Sale sign and decided to check it out. Wow! I was impressed with what I saw as there was plenty of signage to inform people where to go and watch for tripping and other safety hazards. Once inside, I was extremely impressed with the traffic pattern layout and the sale items' organization. My wife then went by and was very impressed as well and asked for the business card of the sellers. When we met Lynn and Dennis Cooper of L & D Enterprises, they saw good potential for an estate sale but had two other commitments before working on my mom's property. This worked well for both parties as it allowed time for us to complete our tasks. While preparing for the sale, good communication allowed both L & D and us to complete our tasks without interfering with each other. In their first few days, they transformed my mom's home into the same efficient sale layout we saw at the other sale location. We are amazed at how much they accomplished in so little time.
