The seminar produced 4 auctioneers and another&nbsp;attendee soon opened an antiques store. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;When Phil Riner personally discovered a handwritten George Washington letter in a Lakeland, FL estate he received worldwide media attention. The estate auction grossed 8 times what the executor had been offered. &lt;BR&gt;An auction in Lake Wales, FL pleased estate trust officers when the Riner auction produced $50,000 more than the appraised value of the home. Phil subsequently wrote an article for the Florida Banking and Trust magazine.&nbsp; &nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;April 2019&nbsp;marks Phil and wife Debbie&#39;s 37th wedding anniversary. They have 3 sons: Chase, Colby, Carson. Carson graduated 2017 from Summerlin Academy in Bartow and served in the US Army Special Forces. Colby graduated University of Central FL (UCF) Dec 2015 with a Criminal Justice degree and is employed with Polk Co Sheriff&#39;s Dept. Chase, high school valedictorian, graduated UCF 2015 with a Criminal Justice Degree and is presently co-owner and manager of an investment partnership.
