You Gotta Have Art began as an art appraiser, having completed training as a Certified Personal Property Appraiser from Northwestern University. Although we still perform fine art appraisals, since 2004 we offer estate sales services to the Chicagoland area. We bring the same rigorous methodology and hard work to an estate sale in a home. 

We are a family owned and operated business and treat each assignment with trust and respect. Our contract is a simple one page document. We charge a flat fee percentage and that covers everything. There are no additional charges for set-up, employees, signs, office workers, emails or any of the myraid of nonsense I've heard or seen.
