Cait's Estate Sales & Emporium of Chicagoland and Tampa

I cannot express enough gratitude for the entire team at Cait's Estate Sale & Emporium. From start to finish, their level of care, professionalism, and support was truly extraordinary. I was completely overwhelmed after the sudden passing of my mother, in the middle of selling our home of 25 years, all while going through a divorce. I had no idea how I would manage sorting through a house filled with belongings since 1983.

When George came to do the initial walk-through, I immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. He explained the process with such care and clarity, and I knew I was in good hands. By the time I signed the contract, I literally cried tears of relief and joy. From that moment on, the Cait's team was a constant source of support and compassion.

Debbie was my main point of contact throughout, and she was always quick to respond and so patient. Liz, Tina, Delores and the rest of the incredible team worked tirelessly to sort through every item in the house, transforming it into a beautiful display that felt like walking through a curated store. Their attention to detail and dedication to making everything perfect was beyond impressive.

The entire process, from the initial appointment to the clean-out service, was handled with such excellence and heart. Cait's Estate Sale & Emporium provided me with a service I desperately needed at one of the most difficult times of my life, and they did it with pure kindness, professionalism, and love.

We had the most incredible experience working with the Cait's Estate Sales & Emporium team,
and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and
professional.

We had a somewhat challenging situation in that we could not host the sale at
our residence, but needed to use the Cait’s warehouse for the sale. We were on a tight time
table and we moving from a home we had for over 40 years and everything needed to be
moved out.

Needless to say, the entire Cait’s team went above and beyond to ensure that
everything was organized, efficiently packed, moved, priced fairly, displayed beautifully and
were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and customer care were
unmatched.

My wife and I cannot recommend Cait's more highly!

They run an exceptionally well organized sale, and we found the prices to be fair across the board. The staff was friendly, efficient, and courteous - even during the hectic mad rush when the sale began.

Mike was quickly responsive to our question before the sale, and Cait's is receptive to inquiries as to whether an item has been pulled by the family (which is rare).
