Owned and operated by Sue Gancer, Mix It Up has been conducting estate and moving sales since 2010. In that time, it has become the go-to company for Chicago's near-west suburban area.

Sue's family business was Malcolm Franklin, Inc., a Chicago institution for fine antiques for over 75 years. For 35 years, Sue dealt in fine English and European antiques, American and European paintings and prints, antique porcelains, and sterling silver. She also worked extensively with the local auction houses. Such expertise is perfect for bringing top dollar for your items.

This company is so professional with a can do attitude. We were just about to have a live in home estate sale when we had to cancel it due to the Coronavirus stay at home state order. Sue quickly decided to move the sale online. She never did an online sale before but it worked and we probably sold as much as we would have with the live sale in the home. I cannot say enough about Sue Gancer and Mix It Up Estate Sales. My husband and I have lived in our home for 39 years, with an entire basement and attic full to the brim of "stuff" (treasures to junk).
