We conduct what most people consider a typical estate sale, conducting the sale in-person inside the client's home (although we do have our own physical building we may have the sale in in the case of extraordinary circumstances). We also may list certain items online on Ebay and Facebook when we feel it will bring a higher revenue. We have vast experience in selling vehicles, boats, RVs, and other motor vehicles, and we even may conduct minor maintenance to those vehicles if we feel it will bring higher value when selling. Our goal is to generate a high revenue for our clients, while providing customers with fair and reasonable prices. Furthermore, it is very important to us that the residence and belongings are always treated with respect and care. At the end of the sale, we remove all contents from the house at no extra cost if the client desires.
