A & O is a local (New Orleans & surrounding areas) estate liquidation service since 1999. We have been in the antique and collectible business since 1982. We handle onsite estate sales, garage sales, senior downsizing, living estate, moving, business liquidations and successions. We will declutter and empty contents of hoarders or collectors. If you are downsizing, moving, aiding elderly family members, or heirs to an estate, call today. Our goal is our clients satisfaction. For onsite sales we meet with prospective clients & discuss their needs & discuss the most profitable methods of selling their property. We obtain permits, provide advertising, ( internet with photos, emailing, facebook, craigslist ,marketplace,flyers), sort, organizing, photographing and pricing of every item for presentation. We normally run a 2 day sale, and sometimes hold presales for preferred customers (i.e. movie production buyers & business owners, & family friends)sometimes a 3 day sale.. After the sale we can provide after sale cleanup (empty home)& donation pickup. (and a tax write off). We have always offered this service and Never charge for a walk thru or set up. We also have home appraisal and real estate agent references.
No one knows everything and we encourage clients NOT to throw anything out. Even the little items add up. We will determine trash from treasure. We use our knowledgeable references (experts) and do research when needed..our company is insured.
